Artist Mark Weston

 Mark A Weston Caricature Artist and Illustrator  I was born in a military family with an older sister and brother. We were fortunate to travel to different countries during my formative years. We finally settled in New Jersey where I have been ever since. While I was young, and other kids my age were writing their ABC's I was busy drawing flowers and trees. Drawing has always been 2 nd nature to me since my earliest memories. I am primarily self-taught with some formal training and schooling. The most influential being a 2 week Caricature course through Kahman Art for 6 Flags Great Adventure in 1999. Since then caricatures have been my primary art expression. I mostly draw caricatures in marker, pastel, ink and pencil for parties, corporate events, street fairs, schools and more. I also teach a basic drawing class for children ages 5-14 at my local recreation center (Willingboro Recreation Center) since 2013. Comic Strips are currently being developed in hopes of publication. My feature comic is called Cam and Jam named after two of my children (who are now adults with Cam having children of her own).
